Come and join us at the South Devon Food Hub this half-term for a free, fun-filled day for the whole family, in partnership with Farmwise.

Discover how your food is produced right here in Devon. Meet local food and drink producers and learn more about where the food on your plate comes from.

Enjoy a range of hands-on workshops demonstrating how local food and drink are made, and let the children get creative with fun cooking sessions using fresh, local ingredients.

The Farmwise team will also be sharing interactive activities and helping children learn more about farming, food production and the important role agriculture plays in our daily lives.

There’ll be plenty to see and do throughout the day, including a tractor trip around the farm to meet the cows and see how crops are grown, plus the chance to get hands-on and make your own scones.

The Family Fun Day is free to attend and will take place on Wednesday 28 October, with two separate three-hour sessions. Choose either the morning or afternoon session when booking:

Morning session: 9am to 12 noon
Afternoon session: 1pm to 4pm
