Sharpham cheeses have been made for over forty years in South Devon and we hope to make for forty more in our new home at South Devon Food Hub. The space, setting and access provide us with all we need to grow into our new dairy and as part of a new food and drink community, we really love working with fellow producers and even socialise a bit too! As a B Corporation company we aspire to help future generations to better understand farming and food production and supply chains and we already use the hub to bring together and educate peers, customers, Universities and schools and intend to work with Ian and Julie and our food hub friends to place South Devon Food Hub at the heart of all things food and farming in the region.

We are a small product development business specialising in local, sustainable and organic meat products. Charcuterie and curing is our trade. Ian and Julie have housed us in this incredible Devon Food Hub, nestled in beautiful farm land and cossetted in amongst wonderful local food producers. The site will be a true destination for everyone to experience just what can be achieved, gastronomically, within the region. Having a really perfect kitchen with access to all the culinary hardware being installed, as we speak, gives a business like ours real opportunity to grow.

We are excited to be a part of this brand new development, surrounded by like-minded foodies! We are benefitting from a fabulous, spacious unit including amenities, which are ideally placed close to the main road network serving both South Hams and Torbay. Let the fun commence - cheers!!

The kitchen at The South Devon Food hub, presents a fabulous opportunity for local food led businesses to access a hospitality facility where they can develop, display and train in a professional and well appointed environment. From product development to ingredient showcasing, the kitchen has all the equipment to cover these needs from Combi cooking to sous vide, supported by local food engaged owners, who have created this and other units within the hub to enable Devon food businesses to grow and promote the best of Devon and Westcountry produce.

Being at the South Devon Food Hub has been great, the location is so convenient for staff and for visitors and clients. The facilities are great and ease of access for deliveries has made a huge difference to us. The building itself does all we could want and more, and the landlords are more than accommodating when we ask for things too.
